Check in with Working Out to Jazz regularly, for new workout music suggestions, as Chris breaks it out for you by Beats Per Minute (BPM).]
For the coming month, I've tried to find the best, up-tempo songs on a handful of recent releasesto keep you on track in your workouts.

And Lizz Wright adds some vocals into the mix with a driving lament, from an album that rounds out her jazz background with a foray into gospel.
