    Why does this reviewer insist on referring to Billy Tipton using the feminine pronoun? He clearly identified as male. He may have initially "masqueraded" in order to secure that first gig, but it is evident that, for the rest of his life, Billy lived life as a man. It's the 21st century, someone who was born into the "wrong" anatomy shouldn't be this much of a novelty.
