As you say, she sings comfortably in the contralto range without necessarily being a "contralto." I'm hearing her nailing double-hi C's in perfect unison with the bass on "Freedom Jazz Dance." So she can be a coloratura soprano when she chooses. Definitely one of the more pleasant surprises (and among my favorites) for 2010.
